Job responsibilities:
1. According to the product design specification, design the logic design, schematic diagram, PCB and electronic component selection that meet the functional requirements;
2. Write debugging program and test the developed hardware equipment;
3. Be responsible for various experiments and tests in the process of product design, verify the design results, and be responsible for the trial production, testing and testing of product prototypes;
4. Product shell, power supply, packaging, assembly and other work;
5. Preparation, maintenance and archiving of technical data and product documents;
6. Responsible for PLC programming and interface communication;
7. Be responsible for real-time data acquisition and data stream processing and docking in the application of Industry 4.0 technology;
8. Responsible for the selection of Industry 4.0 products and research on technology application for specific projects.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, electronic engineering, automation, etc., with more than one year of relevant working experience;
2. Have digital/analog hardware circuit design knowledge, and have embedded project circuit design experience;
3. Be familiar with electronic and circuit hardware design process, master STM32 related hardware architecture and peripherals, be familiar with common peripheral devices, and be able to independently design and debug embedded platform hardware;
4. Proficient in using Altium Design circuit design software, and proficient in circuit simulation test application;
5. Have experience in DSP technology research and related design, and understand PLC programming of Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc;
6. Be familiar with embedded systems, and have a deep understanding of wireless sensor networks, 4G/3G/GPRS/GSM wireless networks, ZigBee and RFID technologies, covering RFID, wireless sensor networks, network protocol analysis and testing and other technical fields;
7. Work meticulously and patiently, have strong team cooperation ability, communication ability, sense of responsibility and ambition; Have good learning ability and can withstand certain pressure.
